ECOBOND - BONDING WEBS

ECOBOND - bonding webs are produced by technology melt blown from LDPE.

It is possible to produce bonding webs of a very low grammage using melt blown technology, while the bonding properties of webs are maintained. Bonding agent with very high regularity and good processability is the results, then. There is the possibility to spray the bonding microfibrous onto different types of substrates. We offer spraying on spunbonded or drylaid webs of different grammages.

Lightweight LDPE webs ECOBOND can be used for bonding of wovens or nonwovens together at low costs in comparison with other methods. They are healthy safe, chemical ressistant, and compatible with another polyolefin materials. The reprocessablity of LDPE bonding webs is good. The bonding temperature is about 130ºC using heating tunel, heating cylinders or calenders.

The bonding webs ECOBOND can be burnt in any industrial incinerator. None toxical combustion  products arise.
